Eagles Roll Through Estherville
Estherville, IA- The Eagles handled business on road win a win against the Iowa Lakes Lakers.
Tate Petersen led the Eagles to victory with a career performance of 25 points, going 5 for 9 from 3 point range. James Spencer tallied 14 points for a season high and connected on all his free throw attempts going 5-5.
Freshman Tyler Netolicky finished with 9 points and a career high in rebounds with 11 off the bench.
Kirkwood connected on half of their attempts from the arc going (12-24). Petersen made 5 of those while Lucas Lueth and Germaine Benson both made a pair.
The Eagles erupted for 54 points in the second half to stretch the lead for the game after a first half score of 36-31.
The Eagles will play at Johnson Hall this Wednesday at 6:00pm against the John Wood Blazers.
