Kirkwood volleyball sweeps Iowa Lakes

ESTHERVILLE - The Kirkwood women's volleyball team swept Iowa Lakes, 25-23, 25-9, 25-22, in an ICCAC conference match Wednesday night in Estherville.

Anna Gorsich led the attack for the 19th-ranked Eagles with 14 kills and 10 digs. Olivia Richards contributed nine kills and 14 digs. Abbie Ericson had eight kills.

Madi Wagaman distributed 26 assists for Kirkwood. Maranda Wheelock had 20 digs.

Kirkwood raised its records to 21-12 overall and 4-3 in the conference. Iowa Lakes fell to 6-24 overall and 1-6 in the league.
