
Eagles win Klocke Family Classic golf title
Sterling McIlravy of Kirkwood earned medalist honors and led the Eagles to a team championship in the Klocke Family Classic golf tournament at Hunters Ridge Sunday.
McIlravy fired rounds of 66 and 73 for a 36-hole total of 5-under 139, edging teammate Ben Epperly by one shot for the title. Epperly carded rounds of 72 and 68. Other Eagles finishing in the top-ten were Sam Lockhart at fourth - 142, and James Morgan finished sixth - 143.

- The team total of 284-285=569 (-7 under par) is a new 36 hole record for a team score
- Sterling McIlravy's 66 tied the school record for 18 holes with 3 others
- Sterling McIlravy broke the 9 hole record (28) -8 under in the first round
