Robinson and Bradford selected conference Athletes of the Week

LEAH ROBINSON Forward // Soph. Evanston, IL Kirkwood

Kirkwood blew out Marshalltown 86-36 and the process, their post players thrived as both Leah Robinson and Paige Bradford posted double-doubles for the Eagles. As the two had nearly identical statistics, Robinson played 24 minutes and went 6 of 8 from the floor and finished with 13 points and 10 rebounds. She also added three assists. It was her second-highest scoring output of the season and first double-double.

PAIGE BRADFORD Forward / Fresh. Davenport, IA Kirkwood

Bradford was just as effective, going 5 of 6 from the field including two three-pointers and finished with 14 points and 10 rebounds. She has been playing well as of late, scoring double-digits in five of the last six contest. The double-double was her second of the season. Kirkwood will resume conference play against DMACC on Saturday.
