Kirkwood's sophomore left fielder Joel Vaske got a hit more times than he got out last week, going 8 for 11 from the plate in four games. Vaske continued his torrid 2020 season pace as he has racked up 16 hits in the last seven games, including five multi-hit games. He slugged against Sussex County in two games, going five for six with two home runs and six RBI. Before the season was cut short, Vaske led ICCAC Division II Baseball in average (.528) and on-base percentage (.667), was second in RBIs (19) and third in HR (4).
