Appel named ICCAC Athlete of the Week

Marshalltown native Luke Appel had his best performance of the season in a 110-72 routing of Illinois Valley last Saturday. He missed one of his seven shots and was a perfect 2 for 2 from the line as he posted 14 points and 13 rebounds. It was the seventh time this season he has scored double digits and his second double-double. Appel is averaging 9.3 points and 5.6 rebounds this year for the 12-2 Eagles.
