Eagle softball gearing up for season opener
The Kirkwood softball team will open up their season this weekend with the 2019 SAU Winter Dome Tournament.
Kirkwood comes off a 55-6 season, qualifying for the 2018 NJCAA DII National Tournament in Clinton, MS.
The Eagles, with new head Coach Eric Frese will play the host school St Ambrose JV in their first game at 10 am Saturday.
The tournament will take place at the Ambrose Dome starting Saturday, February 17th.
