Kirkwood picked up a pair of wins against ranked (or receiving votes) opponents last week. The Eagles took down No. 5 Bryant & Stratton (Wisc.) before fending off Rock Valley. Leading the way in points and rebounds in each game was guard Tasia Jordan. She had a season-high 21 in the 21-point win over the Bobcats then followed up with 17 points against the Golden Eagles. She went 8 for 15 from the floor in each game -- and picked up her first double-double of the season, collecting 11 rebounds. This season in six games Jordan is averaging 14.3 points, 7.8 rebounds, and shooting 49% from the field.
