Tasia Jordan is playing her way into the ICCAC Player of the Year conversation, showing up every night for the No.3 ranked Kirkwood Eagles. The sophomore guard had a career-high 27 points in a blowout win over Marshalltown. Shen then added 19 points in a home win over Iowa Lakes. For the week she averaged 23 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 2 assists. Jordan leads the ICCAC in made field goals (121) and rebounds (147) and points (286). She is fourth in the league in field goal percentage at 54.3% shooting on the season. She is also top 10 in steals (39) and blocks (15). Kirkwood rematches with No. 8 Iowa Western in Council Bluffs on Thursday, Jan. 26.
