Ketelsen Earns Pitcher of the Week Honors
AMES -- Sophomore pitcher Adam Ketelsen was recently named the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference's (ICCAC) Pitcher of the Week, as announced yesterday by the league office.
Per ICCAC:
"Adam Ketelsen struck out eight in a 14-0 win against Muskegon last week. He picked up his third win after allowing four hits and one walk in five innings. Has the second-lowest ERA in the ICCAC at 2.08 behind Chas Sagedahl of Southeastern (0.98). Ketelsen has struck out 19 batters in 13 innings this season. Kirkwood is 9-3 and off to a hot start, coming in at 14th in the Division II rankings this week."
