KCC GOLFERS FLEX MUSCLES AT KLOCKE CLASSIC

Cedar Rapids - The Kirkwood Eagles displayed the depth of their men's golf program this past weekend in the Klocke Family Classic at Hunters Ridge.
The Kirkwood "A" team placed second in the team standings and the Kirkwood "B" team finished third out of 12 squads.
Indian Hills won the championship by 22 shots and finished 1-2-3 in the individual standings. Antoine Sale of Indian Hills captured the title at 9-under-par 135 with rounds of 66 and 69 Saturday and Sunday.
JD Pollard of Kirkwood tied for fourth place at 4-under 140 with rounds of 68 and 72. Sebastian Carranza and James Morgan tied for sixth for the Eagles at 1-under 143.
