NO.11 EAGLES SWEEP IOWA LAKES
The eleventh-ranked Kirkwood women's volleyball team rolled by Iowa Lakes, 25-11, 25-16, 25-12, Wednesday night in an ICCAC match at Johnson Hall.
The Eagles raised their records to 21-9 overall and 6-1 in the conference, good for a second-place tie in the ICCAC standings with Hawkeye Community College.
Rachael Nelson distributed 27 assists and defensively came up with 11 digs. Takoa Kopriva also had 11 digs. Jada Golden-Smith contributed four blocks.
