No.9 Eagles spike Iowa Lakes

ESTHERVILLE - The ninth-ranked Kirkwood women's volleyball team cruised to a 25-9, 25-21, 25-10 victory over Iowa Lakes Sunday in an ICCAC match in Estherville.

Katie Kopriva led a balanced attack for the Eagles with 10 kills. Anna Gorsich collected nine kills, Emily Strauss eight and Kamara Dickerson six. Brooke Mulholland contributed 19 assists for Kirkwood and Rachael Nelson had 16. 

Defensively Allison Pisarcik led the Eagles with 17 digs and Dickerson had 15. Maggie Peters added three blocks.

Kirkwood raised its record to 3-1. Iowa Lakes fell to 1-6.
