NO.6 KCC BASEBALL TEAM WINS TWICE
HILLSBORO, Mo. - The sixth-ranked Kirkwood baseball won a three-game series against Jefferson College in Hillsboro, Mo., this past Sunday and Monday.
The Eagles (9-4) won the first two games of the series, 12-9 and 8-6. Jefferson took the third game, 5-1.
Noah Furcht went 7-for-11 in the series with a home run and eight RBIs. Joe Simpson hit two home runs. Owen Ross and Trenton Burkhalter also connected.
Alec Nigut (3-0) and Blaine Harpenau (1-0) were the winning pitchers.
