NO.17 EAGLES BELT 4 HOMERS
MASON CITY - The 17th-ranked Kirkwood baseball team belted four home runs Wednesday and defeated NIACC, 14-4, in an ICCAC game in Mason City.
Noah Furcht, Cael Frost, Kyle Hayes and Jack Lux socked the home runs for the Eagles. Lux drove in five runs. Frost scored three times.
Kyle Hayes went 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBIs. Miles Risley was 3-for-4 with three runs and three RBIs. Lux had two hits.
Blaine Harpenau (3-2) pitched 6 2/3 innings for the victory.
