KCC WOMEN REACH HOLIDAY FINALS
PEORIA, Ill. - The top-ranked Kirkwood women's basketball team topped sixth-ranked Lake Land College, 70-46, Thursday afternoon in the semifinals of the 41st Annual Cougar Holiday Tournament.
The Eagles (13-0) will play for the title on Friday.
Tasia Jordan led Kirkwood with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Kaylee Corbin contributed 16 points off the bench. Alycia Patterson added 10 points, six assists and four rebounds.
Nobody for Lake Land reached double figures.
