NO.2 EAGLES STROLL BY IOWA LAKES
The second-ranked Kirkwood Eagles jumped to an early 21-2 lead and defeated Iowa Lakes, 92-51, in an ICCAC women's basketball game at Johnson Hall Wednesday night.
Kirkwood raised its records to 23-1 overall and 14-0 in the conference with six games left in the regular season.
Ashley Tull led the Eagles with 19 points and seven rebounds, hitting 8 of 10 shots from the field. Kortney Drake scored 12 points and Jada Devine netted 10.
Drake recently committed to Northern Illinois University.
