NO.1 KIRKWOOD WOMEN BREEZE BY NECC
Tatiana Hodges-Johnson collected a double-double Saturday as the top-ranked Kirkwood women's basketball team defeated Northeast Community College, 97-56, in an ICCAC game at Johnson Hall.
Hodges-Johnson finished with 10 points, 11 rebounds, six assists and five steals.
Tasia Jordan led the Eagles in scoring with 15 points and six rebounds. Kortney Drake finished with 14 points, six assists and four 3-pointers.
Ashley Tull and Jada Devine contributed 12 points for Kirkwood. Tull had seven rebounds. Dom Rodriguez scored 10.
Autumn Dickmander scored 18 points for Northeast (10-18, 7-11).
Kirkwood raised its records to 28-1 overall and 19-0 in the conference. The Eagles finish the regular season at DMACC Wednesday night.
