NO.4 EAGLES KNOCK OFF DMACC
The fourth-ranked Kirkwood men's basketball team raised its record to 13-1 Saturday with an 81-64 victory over 11th-ranked DMACC in a conference game at Johnson Hall.
Justin Recker led four Eagles into double figures with 21 points and five 3-pointers. He shot 8-for-11 from the field and 5-for-8 from distance.
Noah King tossed in 18 points with four 3-pointers and collected 10 assists. Cassius Brooks chipped in with 16 points and Arthur Cox contributed 11.
Kirkwood and Iowa Lakes are tied for the ICCAC lead with 3-0 records.
DMACC fell to 11-4 overall and 2-2 in the conference.
