Kirkwood's Noah King earned his third Player of the Week selection in five weeks as the Eagles worked through the first two rounds of the Region 11 Tournament to advance to the championship game on Saturday. King scored 20 points and had 9 assists in the quarterfinal matchup with Southwestern. Then in Kirkwood's big come-from-behind win over DMACC, he scored 15 points and added 4 rebounds and four assists. King has scored in double digits in 12 of his last 13 games, and 20 or more in 10 of those games. Kirkwood looks to return to the NJCAA Tournament for the first time since 2019 when they won the title.
