Noah King Named ICCAC Athlete of the Week

Kirkwood's Noah King helped lead the Eagles to two wins last week, both conference road victories. Against Iowa Western, he scored a season-high 25 points along with three steals. Then at Northeast Neb., he scored 20 points on just nine field goal attempts – making 11 free throws – and added six rebounds. King has scored 20 points or more in each of his last three games. In ICCAC play – he is the second-leading scorer in the conference at 18.7 points per game. He also is one of the top facilitators – third in the ICCAC in assists in conference games with 41. The Eagles are now ranked No. 8 in the NJCAA polls.
